Amparanoia is the project of the Granada born singer Amparo Sánchez. In 2017 she decided to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her first album 'El Poder de Machín' with the release of a new album 'El Coro de Mi Gente'. On this album, a couple of good friends such as Manu Chao, Calexico, Zebda, La Pegatina, DePedro, Sargento Garcia, Chambao, Marinah,... bring their own version of one of the songs of this mytical Amparanoia-album.

After touring most of the Spanish festivals with Amparanoia between March and October 2017, the band is now ready to hit all European festivals in 2018.
