Vis-à-vis was a project in the roam of the Interreg IV-Program. The project was running from 2008 till 2012 and was focusing on popular culture in the transborder region between France and Belgium. We promoted a wider cooperation between some existing accordion festivals in both countries, and we were launching some new performances and productions on popular music such as Balkan Banquets, Filochards,…
Another important element was the management of some transborder artists in both countries.
